Research direction

The issue does not name files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the environment flow for bulk service deletion and the existing password-verification behavior, then determine how the prompt should apply to multi-service deletion. Done means bulk deletion requires successful password verification and has coverage for the protected flow.
