Description
What problem will this feature address?
Currently, Dokploy only creates preview deployments for GitHub PRs. It would be nice if this were implemented for merge requests when integrating with GitLab, even for private GitLab instances.
Describe the solution you'd like
A solution would be to implement the same feature for GitHub and GitLab for merge requests.
Describe alternatives you've considered
There is another feature request open for preview deployments via API (https://github.com/Dokploy/dokploy/issues/1365), which could also be doable (hence use like GitLab CI), but I think it would be nicer if it was integrated like GitHub is without API.

No response
Will you send a PR to implement it?
Maybe, need help

Research direction
Start by locating Dokploy's existing GitHub pull-request preview deployment flow and the GitLab merge-request integration, then review issue 1365 for the API alternative. Done means GitLab merge requests, including those from private GitLab instances, receive preview deployments equivalent to the existing GitHub behavior.
