Description
this is PoC for the moment
problem (issue) -> investigate what data & txs info needed -> query using (or create if missing) necessary scripts to collect the needed data from the current state and events (logs) -> document the issue, solution scenario and tools/scripts to be used
note
it should be wrapped in UI at some point (some of the toolset) in effect so that non-dev users could easily analyze and resolve the most common issues
