WP Admin: Users - have link to the documentation describing roles

When a person is on the page /wp-admin/users.php they might not remember what role has what permissions, so having a way to see the list of permissions the each role has will be useful.

A link to "Documentation: Roles" could be placed under the header that says "Users [AddNew]" and above the list of roles that are already assigned.

IMO, it would be good to have a link to each documentation section on each of the WP Admin sections. ie. Mapping, People Groups, Locations.


Having a link to the Admin documentation within the WP Admin will especially be useful to new users who have access to the WP Admin area.
