Mapping focus per user

Our install is focused on Mexico but I wanted other small nations to use the same install, but so that they don’t always have to change the focus from Mexico to all the world everytime they set a location of a group or contact, it would be great for them to assign their area that they are working in eg. Beliz or a state/smaller area of Mexico.
