Quick create group modal: more fields

Description
The modal doesn't match the create group page. The create group modal needs 'group type' and not just “Name of Group” field.
It could be similar to the what is available for a new contact.
Both the page and the modal could be enhanced by adding other fields:
- status
- initial comment
