Tasks: reminder -> completable task.

The current task system acts as a reminder with a notification.

Let's upgrade it to act more as a task. Where the task stays open until it is marked as "completed".

The tasks tile on the dashboard will then have a list of task that need to be completed instead of a list of upcoming reminders.
