From a User:
Whenever the User marks the dates they are Unavailable, it doesn’t seem to automatically change their workload status. I think this feature could be way more useful if there was some sort of automation “if these dates are current, then change the workload status to red “Not Accepting Contacts” and then return it back to Green after the dates
