"Search (the name of the field)" text in fields not always visible

Description
Have all the fields consistent that the "light grey coloured text" in a field that says "Search (the name of the field etc.)", that this text is completely visible.
As in the attached image for a Group record, it displays as expected for "Parent Group" and "Trainings" but not "Peer Group" or "Child Group"
A contact record has the same issue for the field "Baptized", and in the Other tile the field Groups doesn't have the text (but should).
