Recognise IDs / "handles" in the Social Media field

Some social media systems (twitter, instagram) use ids for the identification of the users. It would be good if DT could convert the data in the social media field to connect with the appropriate social media system when the ID is stored and not the full url.

eg. if someone puts `nonfamousperson` in the instagram field the DT displays it as a `nonfamousperson` but it is a link to https://www.instagram.com/nonfamousperson/ when shown in the details tab.
