Quick action button for groups

Have quick actions dropdown button available for groups. (like what is available for contacts)

Initial actions could be:

- Meeting complete
- Meeting scheduled
- Meeting postponed

When those actions are activated, it could load a modal that allows a comment to be added to the action.
