Respect the field order for tiles/tabs

In the "DISCIPLE TOOLS : SETTINGS" is where the admin user can set the order of the fields for the tile which is also used for the app in the tabs. At present the app doesn't use the same order that is set in the wp-admin area - but it should.

Start by tracing how the mobile app builds tile and tab fields, then compare that behavior with the field order configured in the “DISCIPLE TOOLS : SETTINGS” area of wp-admin. Done means the app’s tile and tab fields follow the same order as the admin setting.
