Show people in my groups

As an app user with full permission to see all users (and with quite a lot of contacts of my own), I would like to have a list (maybe a contact list filter will achieve this) of all the people that are in the groups I am involved with. Maybe some of these people have not been shared with me, but at least seeing their names in a contact list filter will help me remember who are involved in groups I am involved with, and help me stay focused on them and not that many others I don't really need to be responsible for.
