Offer `more fields` when adding a new group record

Offer “more fields” link which can include access to the following fields when activated

Fields that could be offered are:
- set the status of the group
- set the member count
- group start date
- people groups
- locations
- address
- Group of field - parent, peer, child - and allow it be assigned to one of these
