Demo data to include all roles

In the demo data, it installs the 2 users of marketer1 and marketer1. I think these should be renamed to not use the word marketer but instead digitalresponder - since that is the role they have.

Also, I think there should be a demo user for each type of role - missing are Disciple.tools admin, strategist and registered.

The issue does not name a file, test, or entry point. Locate the demo-data source that creates marketer1 and its users, then check the project’s role names before making the requested renames and adding users for admin, strategist, and registered roles. Done means the demo data includes one user for each requested role and no longer uses marketer for the digitalresponder users.
