0.7.0 tour refers to tailwindCSS, but uses classic CSS

**Problem**

When trying the tour the scaffolding instructions say to use tailwindCSS, but the styling section uses normal CSS

- Review the styling instructions on https://dioxuslabs.com/learn/0.7/tutorial/assets

**Expected behavior**

The two parts of the tour should use the same technology

**Environment:**

- Dioxus version: 0.7.0-rc.0"
- Rust version: rustc 1.91.0-nightly (fe5536432 2025-08-29)
- OS info: macOS
- App platform: web
