version bump on dioxus for dioxus-native wgpu 29.03?

I'm working on updating bevy_dioxus_sync to use bevy 0.19, and a current blocker for that is syncing dioxus-native's wgpu version with bevy's.

Since dioxus's main branch wgpu version is already 29.03, can we get a version bump on dioxus?

Start by locating dioxus-native's dependency declaration for wgpu and compare it with the version used on Dioxus's main branch. Update the dependency to 29.03, then run the relevant project checks to confirm the version aligns with Bevy 0.19 and does not break the native build.
