Shortcut to show QR code with private ip address in the cli

## Feature Request

I've been testing a lot of mobile specific bugs with the component library recently. Usually the browser simulator is close enough, but sometimes I need to test the interactions on device. It would be nice if there was a way to show a QR code for the currently running dev server so I could test it on my phone quicker

## Implement Suggestion

A shortcut in the CLIs extra commands section to print the qr code for the private IP address of the local server
