Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Install the latest with `cargo binstall dioxus-cli --force`
- Run `dx bundle --desktop --release`

It should generate a `.msi` and `.exe`.

**Questionnaire**
I'm interested in fixing this myself but don't know where to start.
