unable to install Dioxus cli on Windows

**Problem**

I want to set up Dioxus environment. But unable to install cli from powershell as well as from command prompt.

**Steps To Reproduce**

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

I tried both options:
- curl -sSL https://dioxus.dev/install.sh | bash
- cargo binstall dioxus-cli --force

- Rust version: 1.92.0
- OS info: Windows 11
- App platform: NA
