Support for debugging with vs code forks like cursor

## Feature Request

The fact that dx serve allows to easily bind to a debugger inside VS Code is very practical.

When using a VS Code fork like cursor or antigravity, dx serve tries to still attach to the VS Code debugger.

It would be practical to be able to configure in a user project the preferred VS Code fork to use so the debugger doesn't launch VS Code when cursor is used for example.
