[feature] Please add Signal support for Route

## Feature Request

Please add Signal support for Route. I’d like to keep the code style consistent by passing Signal values through the props of all components.
Another request: it would be even better if modifying a signal could also update the route parameters. Thank you for your support, and may God bless you.
