[Question] Can one manipulate the DOM without JS in Blitz?

I have been following a few web rendering engines (including blitz) for a while now, and have been hoping to be able to manipulate the DOM without JS API.

Is this possible with Blitz?

It have been a while since I have touched frontend, so apologies if this is clear, I did notice Dioxus native wraps Blitz, so I am optimistic that one can manipulate DOM with wasm, or even Rust?
