Description
It would be helpful to have indicator dots next to the tabs on the tab bar to indicate a notification or new message (Notifications and Messages tabs) or new content is available (Timeline tab). Indicator dot would turn off once the button is tapped.

Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by locating the SwiftUI tab bar and the existing state for the Notifications, Messages, and Timeline tabs; determine how tab taps are handled. Done means each relevant tab can show an indicator for unseen content or notifications and the indicator turns off after that tab is tapped.
