Description

(Low priority) Please add a way to change the sidebar color on the iPad. For me the current color is a slightly warm dark gray which clashes with cool color themes. Maybe it would work to just give it whatever the user has chosen for the secondary background color?

Start by locating the iPad sidebar implementation and the existing user theme or secondary background color settings. Verify how the sidebar currently chooses its color, then confirm that the requested user-selected color is applied consistently on iPad and test the relevant UI manually.
