Bug: Different font size between tooth author/date and content

Description
I don't know wether it's intentional or not, but I noiticed the tooth header and content are not displayed with the same font size. I wish all the toot-related text to be of the same font size.
If it is intentional : is it possible to add an option to use the same font size ?
If not : to be corrected :)
