Description
For users that only have a small number of lists, it would be really handy to just have the lists be listed at the root level of the timeline dropdown, instead of having to tap on "Lists" to expand the list.

Research direction
Start by locating the SwiftUI view or entry point that builds the timeline dropdown and its expandable Lists section. Make individual lists appear at the dropdown root for users with only a small number of lists, while preserving the existing Lists grouping for other users; verify the dropdown behavior in the iOS app.
