Description
Threading in micro-post situations is challenging when a post "forks", as loosely indicated in Ice Cubes by the purple continuous lines.
Is there any way it might be possible to permit a left-to-right swapping of threads at the "fork" via a swipe, akin to rotating a plane of a 3D shape perhaps?
Perhaps a graphical "rotation" indication, as we "turn" from thread fork to adjacent level thread fork, permitting the reader to see the entire thread fork in context?
Currently it requires a clicking of the above thread fork point, and then scrolling downward to find the appropriate thread etc. It would seem that there might be a potential design worth exploring that could make this action a little more continuous in terms of presentation?

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing thread-fork interaction described in the issue and its attached image. Compare the current tap-and-scroll flow with the proposed swipe-based adjacent-thread navigation. Done would require a decided interaction design and an agreed implementation scope.
