The default icon cannot be changed. It always reverts back. Even immediately going back to the icons selection, the checkmark resets to the default icon.

Reproduce the issue in IceCubes 2.0.2 on iPadOS 18.7 by selecting the circle-on-white icon, fourth in the shown selection. Inspect the icon-selection flow and verify whether the choice persists after leaving and reopening the selection screen.
