Description
It'd be great to not wait until the image is downloaded in the background to render a placeholder.
Also, the whole UIImage should covered by the uncover button, and then the button should retract to the top left corner. Currently there's almost no space between the visibility toggle and the ALT button.

Research direction
Start by locating the image-rendering entry point and the visibility/uncover-button UI described in the issue. The work is complete when images show BlurHash-based placeholders before download and the uncover control covers the UIImage, then retracts to the top-left without crowding the ALT button.
