Bug: cannot get rid of post from suspended account

app 111.3
ios 18.4

Description

I got a very unpleasant post in my timeline. I tried to block and report but report seemed to fail. then I try to at least silence the account. that also failed. the post would not go away.

I opened the post in my browser and it seems the account was suspended already but the post remains on my timeline on ice cubes (on the web it is gone).

the post url seems to be at https://mast.lat/@daniel_lean/114340148423994646
but the servers returns a “you don’t have permission” instead of account suspended. (the seeing that profile from my own server on the web version does says the account has been suspended)

I’m not sure if this is caused by some weird behavior of the source server, but the web client seems to handle the case correctly. so this seems a problem of the app.

Start by reproducing the issue in the iOS app using the supplied post URL from the suspended account, then compare the app's behavior with the web client. Done means the post is removed from the timeline or the suspended-account response is handled consistently with the web client.
