Description

Environment:

  • OS:
    macOS 15.2
  • IceCubesApp version:
    Version 1.11.2 (2887)

Description

On the right side in the sidebar where all the notifications are listed, I click on the image of a URL preview. The browser window does not open.
If I click on the same image in the main timeline view, the browser opens.

Research direction

Start by comparing the URL-preview interaction in the notifications sidebar with the corresponding interaction in the main timeline, which the report says already opens the browser. Trace the sidebar's link-preview tap handling and verify on macOS 15.2 that selecting the preview opens the browser consistently in both locations.
