Description
As a user I'd like to quickly create a server filter to block a hashtag, for example from the view where I can follow it.
If this is too complex, a first iteration could allow copying the hashtag from that view, because there's currently no way to copy a part of text from a toot (at least not in the mobile app).

Research direction
Start by locating the hashtag view and the existing server-filter flow in the SwiftUI iOS client. Determine whether that flow can support blocking a hashtag from the view; otherwise, investigate how text selection or copying is handled in toot content. Done means one of the proposed first-iteration behaviors works from the hashtag view.
