Description

Occasionally I accidentally hit the title bar or the ‘remaining post counter’ and scroll all the way to the top of my timeline. A way to return to my previous timeline location would be amazing.

Apollo (the ol’ fan favorite Reddit app) used to do this simply allowing a secondary tap of the title bar to return you to your previous location but admittedly that’s not intuitive unless you know about it.

Perhaps changing the ‘remaining post counter’ to some type of ‘undo arrow’ would be an idea?

Research direction

Start by locating the timeline UI that handles taps on the title bar and the remaining post counter. Decide how the previous scroll location should be exposed, then verify that returning from the top restores the earlier timeline position without disrupting normal scrolling.
