Description
After unfollowing an account, my timeline continues to show posts from that account.
Force closing and relaunch app doesn't help

Research direction
Reproduce on iOS 17 with Ice cubes 1.7.8 by following an account, unfollowing it, and checking the timeline after relaunch. Trace the timeline refresh and unfollow state handling; done means posts from the unfollowed account disappear without force-closing the app.
