Description
Collapsed posts will extend on their own if user scrolls past them, but only if the post is being loaded from a link to another post (quoting)

Research direction
Reproduce this on iOS 16.4.1 with IceCubesApp 1.6.15 by opening a post from a link, viewing its quoted post in collapsed form, and scrolling past it. Trace the post collapse and scrolling behavior in the SwiftUI app; done means quoted collapsed posts remain collapsed while scrolling.
