Description
Two screen recorded examples of scroll chattering on my tiny iPhone SE2020. On the iPad, each one jerked once as it reached those points. It seems to jump exactly at the point where the haptic click happens during normal scrolling, but the click is not repeated.
Interesting that the post above the one which can't seem to be loaded properly, comes from the same person in both videos - @faithisleaping@eldritch.cafe - one actual post, one boost. I've seen that before with @leafs_s@mstdn.science ...
But I more suspect the tiny screen height of my phone is involved.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the home-timeline scrolling behavior on an iPhone SE2020 running iOS 16.3.1 and compare it with the reported iPad behavior, using the two attached recordings as references. Done means the repeated scroll chattering no longer occurs at the reported loading or haptic-click points.
