Description
In the last few days, including before 1.6.6, it seems IceCubes or something has been really using my little iPhone battery. It was 100% full last night, and dropped to 33% during my Fedi binge this morning.
I explored today and found this:

That seems right to me. Except the "Screen on" and "Screen off" times are totally unrelated to reality... I've seen that forever, no idea how it can be so wrong.
But also this:

How can 4 minutes of Safari have used 62% of the power? Is there some way IceCubes is using code the system thinks belongs to Safari?
Or is this just another instance of the chaotic statistics shown by iOS Settings?

Research direction
The issue provides iPhone battery-statistics screenshots but names no source files, tests, or app entry point. Start by determining whether the reported battery attribution is reproducible and controlled by IceCubes or iOS; done would require a confirmed cause and a concrete, reproducible change request.
