[Bug]: Wisp range not working when used with another mod

Single Player - No Server

### What happened?

I noticed the wisp range not changing under these conditions:

Wisplight equipped
Explorer's Wisppack level 4 (Adventure Backpacks mod by Vapok)

Not sure if this is something you would consider a bug, or just an incompatability with another mod?

1. Wisplight equipped
2. Explorer's Wisppack level 4 equipped
