### Tasks
This is steps needed to align RASOR and should be covert to plans.
- [x] DiamondLightSource/i10-bluesky#40
Move sample out of the way and pin to 0 in sample stage x, y, z.
Find the straight through beam with two theta/alpha and go to centre then set them to 0.
- [x] #61
- [x] Find the point where the pin half cut the beam by scanning sy.
- [x] Turn th upside down (move to 180) and repeat the sy scan above. If the half cut position is the same as in th = 0, you are aligned otherwise adjust m4height and m4fpitch so that the half cut is the mid point between the half cut at th=0 and the first half cut sy postion at th =180. .
- [x] Rotate back to 0 and check sy half cut position is within 0.05 otherwise repeat the above.
- [x] Once sy half cut is within 0.05 set sy offset so that this half cut point is 0 in sy.
- [x] Centre alpha and tth again
- [x] Align clean up slits (Create plan to align s5s6 DiamondLightSource/i10-bluesky#9)
- [x] Align the detector slits (Create plan to align dsd, dsu DiamondLightSource/i10-bluesky#32)
