Description
Convert aithre OAV setup to bluesky:
Called from GUI during __init__ with:

Essentially goes through the areadetector ioc and turns off callbacks, sets the correct image size for the video feed.
Convert from caget/caput to bluesky plan. Generate blueapi routine for this.
