Description
Once the cluster is set up and running on the beamline, we should move mx-bluesky to run through it instead of on procserv.
## Acceptance Criteria
- Blueapi is set up on the cluster and has all i24 serial devices and plans
- We can run serial collections without the need to start procserv
- Procserv set up is removed
