Add agamemnon system test to containerized tests

As of https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/mx-bluesky/pull/803 we have a system tests that checks we can get the example collection from the real agamemnon. It would be nice if we can instead spin up our own agamemnon into the dev cluster and use this to test against.

It would require discussing with analysis about how we can spin up an agamemnon image and point it to a dev database.

## Acceptance Criteria
- The system tests start a dev agamemnon built from their `main`
- Our tests run against this
