Description
As of https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/mx-bluesky/pull/822 we're using a the Docker image for both `hyperion` and `redis_to_murko`. However, the image puts code into `/app/hyperion`. We should put the code in a more generic place so that it makes sense for any generic `mx_bluesky` app.
## Acceptance Criteria
- Folder structure in docker image is more generic
