Write docs on how to run the test puck through UDC

Now that we're moving away from GDA we should make some docs on how to test hyperion with UDC.

Notes:
* Need the beamline scientists to get the test puck as a container in UDC
* Go to test puck e.g. https://ispyb.diamond.ac.uk/containers/cid/323554
* Some description on what good settings to put in the UDC things
* Unqueue/queue
* Check http://agamemnon.diamond.ac.uk/getnextcollect/i03
* Pass to UDC in GDA
