Murko: Update docs

Following https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/mx-bluesky/pull/670 the docs at https://diamondlightsource.github.io/mx-bluesky/main/developer/murko-integration/explanations/architecture.html probably need some work. These are built from https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/mx-bluesky/edit/main/docs/developer/murko-integration/explanations/architecture.rst and https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/mx-bluesky/blob/main/docs/developer/murko-integration/images/murko_setup.drawio.png. The image is editable by opening it at [draw.io](draw.io).

- The docs for murko match what is currently running on the beamline
