Add ispyb permalink into the nexus file

To make it easier for users to match nexus files to ispyb entries it would be useful to have the ispyb permalinks in the nexus file. These links are of the form https://ispyb.diamond.ac.uk/dc/visit/{visit}/id/{dcid} e.g. https://ispyb.diamond.ac.uk/dc/visit/nt27314-138/id/14645379.

## Acceptance Criteria
- We decide where in the nexus file we put the link - https://diamondlightsource.slack.com/archives/G017HTC55M1/p1729864007994939
- We either construct the link ourselves or ask SIMS for it - https://diamondlightsource.slack.com/archives/CKEPJ8E01/p1729860615307689
- We put the link into the nexus file for rotation collections
- If easy we do the same for grids but less important
