Take rotation snapshots after data collection

To avoid having to move into the optical set-up and back again before data collection we could instead take the rotation snapshots after we do the collection. This also has the advantage that after the collection we would be at +360 omega and need to go back to 0 for the robot load anyway so we can do the snapshots as we are returning to that position.

## Acceptance Criteria
* Rotation snapshots are taken after data collection
* They still end up in ispyb correctly
* No moves are done for OAV prep between XRC and rotation (e.g. backlight not moved in, apertures not moved out)
