run_hyperion.sh script failed to kill previous instances of `hyperion-supervisor`

Description
During an overnight run, hyperion got stuck at one point, hyperion_restart() was called multiple times, however `hyperion-supervisor` failed to stop, this led to an accumulation of supervisor instances.
