i04 testing 03/03/2026

### BlueAPI
- Issue with new blueapi not talking to GDA properly. GDA hangs after plan is complete, still thinking plan is going on. https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/blueapi/pull/1357
### Aperture moves
- Not moving aperture works fine
- David still wants to move aperture out at end of plan (as happens now).

### Config server
- Need to add i04 undulator path to `FILE_TO_CONVERTER_MAP`
- Should test using `force_parser` option once it's possible to use a new release
- Tested using beamline parameters, worked both for the i04 deployed config server and the centrally deployed config server. Left the beamline pointing at the i04 one
- Discussion about when we re-read config files. Should discuss best way to write devices and plans so that the point that config is read is intuitive. Currently to be safe, I'd say the blueapi env should always be deleted if a config file is changed.
